Description

Begin with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Mix half or one scoop in 8
ounces of water. Can be taken 15 mins before workout. If tolerance is acceptable, continue with a
full scoop. Do not take more than 2 scoops in one day. Do not take 4 hours before sleep.
